Fall 2017 Goals

Zhen:

1. Finalize GSCAN GWAS Manuscript
   1. Finalize single variant results
   2. Coordinate completion of GSCAN paper
2. Finish Exome meta-analysis, get manuscript out
3. Finish GFG paper
4. Finish prelim
5. Start second project of dissertation ( trans-ethnic imputation project)
6. Write prospectus

Stephanie:

1. Have complete draft of longitudinal behavioral disinhibition manuscript to send to collaborators by 1st week in October. Get draft to Scott by Sept 25.
2. Apply for NSF GRFP by Oct 26
3. Start new project maybe DevCon

Eric:

1. Finish CoTwins control project
2. Work on marijuana grant project
3. get experience with/learn computational stuff

Seonkyeong:

1. First year research project
   1. Generate one set of genome wide multivariate results
2. Complete coursework

Hannah:

1. Submit thesis
2. Apply for NSF GFRP?

1. Submit GSCAN exome paper
2. have submitted manuscript of initial co-twins paper
   1. Completing QC on parental monitoring and substance use data
   2. Completing QC on location data
   3. Concordance analysis between Michigan and Colorado / trajectory
   4. Predictive analysis - location data to parental monitoring data

Zhen -

1. Do my part to get draft of GSCAN GWAS to co-authors
2. Write a dissertation proposal
